Whilst there are no 'silver bullets', with over 10 years of corporate experience our solutions and services have helped many clients to achieve significant savings through the application of innovative ideas and solutions.

Evalua Pty Ltd started in 2001 as the consequence of a merger of its predecessor company. Our founder, Hugh Howell,  established eVALUA to exploit the Intellectual Property embodied in VFMFocus®.  In 2001 the Australian Submarine Force identified a large number changes to be addressed as part of the Government's intention to bring the Collins class submarines to the operational capability level originally sought. Using a capability model which addresses all aspects of submarine employment, including shore-related aspects such as logistics, command and control and training, Defence engaged the newly formed Evalua to develop a decision-assisting tool - the result was Monsarrat II™. We were selected on the basis of its development and ownership of VFMFocus®. The underlying principles of VFMFocus® were ideal for the resolution of this problem. Since then Monsarrat II™ has been released and applied to the Justice Department and other Defence Force Element Groups. Our company has now expanded its practice to include many projects and a wide range of government and corporate clients. We have also performed work for the US military and private companies in North America.

Evalua has also established a leadership position with our innovative ASP service, eValua+™ online submission and evaluation solution. Our mission is to increase the market awareness of the benefits of online strategic sourcing and establish first class technical and customer support services to ensure that our clients and user community achieve the benefits available from electronic bid delivery and structured evaluation.
