Defence extends contracts

January 2007


Land Systems Division extended contracts for the provision of engineering support services for a further six months.

The Defence Material Organisation has contracted eVALUA to provide VFMFocus® tender evaluation services for Project AIR7000 Broad Area Surveillance capability.  eVALUA has also been providing VFMFocus® facilitation services for the selection of new amphibious ships for the Navy.

eVALUA Signs Partnership Agreement with Mincom

eVALUA Gold Sponsor at 2nd CIPSA Annual Conference

eVALUA was a Gold Sponsor at the 2nd CIPSA Annual Conference held at the Crown Promenade, Melbourne.  Attended by over 550 delegates, the Conference was a resounding success.  eVALUA was one of the key exhibitors among over 30 stands.

eVALUA was the only exhibitor at the first ever CIPSA event held in Sydney September 2005.  At the inaugural CIPSA Annual Conference in December 2005, eVALUA was one of 12 exhibitors.

eVALUA Launches eTenderBox II at 2nd CIPSA Annual Conference

eVALUA launches its User Acceptance Testing Business Unit

eVALUA Launches eVALUA+ at Gitex2005, Dubai

eVALUA will be launching its new hosted web service eVALUA+ at Gitex2005. eVALUA+ combines the functionality of eTenderBox and VFMOnline® into a single solution delivered as an Application Service Provider (ASP) online service.

Gitex2005 from the 25 th – 29 th September 2005 is one the largest IT Fairs in the World. eVALUA’s stand is in the Pavilion at booth TP-K6.

eVALUA Presents to Hong Kong

In August, Brisbane City Council (BCC) hosted a fact finding delegation from the Hong Kong Government. Headed by Ms Joyce Tam , the Delegation is visiting Australia and the UK to see how these two countries are moving towards electronic tendering. Ms Tam expressed her thanks for the comprehensive presentation from Brisbane City Council and eVALUA, and has issued an invitation for eVALUA to visit Hong Kong in October to meet key managers.

Brisbane City Enterprises to Represent eVALUA

Brisbane City Enterprises Ltd (BCE)markets Brisbane City capabilities and services to the World. The CEO, Mr John Orange proposed in August 2005, that BCE will actively promote eVAUA’s products through the BCE Marketing arm. eVALUA installed eTenderBox for BCC in July 2004. BCC has been using VFMOnline since 2001. John Orange said “eVALUA produces products that fully support BCC’s processes. BCE can provide the consulting and support services to support the eVALUA products”

eVALUA Releases V1.1 of eTenderBox

July, 2005

In July, V1.1 of eTenderBox went live at Brisbane City Council. Along with new features, such as restricted tendering, V1.1 provides significant performance improvements. “We are extremely happy with the new version” said Mr Neil Abel , BCC Project Officer, “and the conversion worked flawlessly”.

eVALUA Participates in ACT Trade Missions to the Middle East, USA and Canada

eVALUA joined a Trade Mission to the US and Canada in June 2005, led by Mr John Stanhope the Chief Minister of the Australian Capital Territory. This followed on a very successful mission to the Gulf States , by Mr Ted Quinlan the Deputy Chief Minister in March 2005.

eVALUA to Represent Pragmatech in Canberra

Pragmatech appoints eVALUA as exclusive reseller of its Proposal Management Software for the Canberra market. RFP Express and SmartDocs can cut tender response and proposal writing time by 85%, whilst improving the win rate. “The Pragmatech software is a natural extension for us, as we are in the tendering space” said eVALUA’s MD, Hugh Howell . Three eVALUA staff members have just completed a week long course conducted by Ms Stacey Huntington from Pragmatech’s USA Office.
