It is the responsibility of the user to exercise their own skill and care with respect to the accuracy, completeness or currency of, or reliance on any Data sourced from those external sites.

All persons who provide personal and organisational particulars within the eVALUA+™ System, hold themselves out to be proper and authorised representative of that organisation in the business of tendering.
If subsequently that person no longer has the right or authority to represent that organisation in the business of tendering, that person will, prior to carrying out any further tendering business in the eVALUA+™ System, either:

  1. edit the records on this system to reflect the fact that they no longer represent that organisation; or
  2. send a request seeking to have such particulars removed or amended. The request can be sent by one of the following methods:
              Email: operations@evalua.com.au
              Post: Change of Details
                       eVALUA Pty Ltd
                       PO Box 353

                       ACT 2609
                       Australia

eVALUA will treat any information provided it by a user within the terms of relevant privacy responsibilities. The eVALUA+™ System's Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with these terms of use.

The eVALUA maintains appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personally identifiable information submitted to this site and periodically reviews and updates security measures in light of current technology.

Requests, or parts thereof, cannot be deleted from the eVALUA+™ site once they have been lodged electronically and published for viewing by the Tenderer.

Persons lodging a tender response via the eVALUA+™ system should use file formats that are appropriate to that tender; this may be a condition of compliance for tenderers. If the person is unsure they should contact the named contact officer for that opportunity.

Any account that goes unused for 18 months or more may be removed from the system. Notification emails will be sent prior to any removal.

Refunds Policy

The eVALUA+™ web site operates a no refund policy.

Due to the volume of RFTs on the eVALUA+™ web site, and the nature of Tendering and the distribution of RFT documents, it is important that the interested party (potential supplier of goods or services) establishes accurately the nature of an RFT by viewing the 'RFT Summary' prior to a formal registration of interest. The interested party can then determine whether the goods or services being sought, as per the RFT summary, align with their capabilities and thus merit a Registration of Interest.

On the eVALUA+™ website, the interested party is usually given the opportunity to view some details about the Request For Tender (RFT) for free – both as RFT identification details on the main web page for current tenders, and, in the "RFT Summary" section of each RFT. Interested parties should review this information before formally registering interest in the RFT (as this action may incur registration charges), and before downloading supporting materials from this web site. This information is provided in order that the interested party may make a decision whether to proceed to purchase, prior to incurring any costs. If sufficient information is not available, the Contact Officer for the RFT may be able to assist.

Also it should be noted that if an interested party has not purchased the documentation from the recognised distribution source/s, that party's subsequent tender response might not qualify for the evaluation process. This is due to the fact that tender documents procured from other sources might not have contained a complete and accurate RFT (including any addenda released during the tender period).

In the unlikely event that the interested party should still go on to register to access the incorrect documents or materials, then the purchasing credit-card holder should contact eVALUA+™ Helpdesk at Helpdesk@evalua.com.au

Also, in the unlikely event that the files downloaded from the system are 'corrupted' in some way, the purchaser should firstly contact the Contact Officer for the RFT, or eVALUA+™ Helpdesk at Helpdesk@evalua.com.au

Fees associated with the administration of tender submission are also non-refundable. Organisations experiencing difficulty with tender submission should contact the eVALUA+™ Helpdesk at Helpdesk@evalua.com.au.
